REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

  • Registration closes on 26 August 2011.
  • The responsibility remains with you to ensure that the organisers
    have received your registration form AND payment.
  • Note that registrations for the congress are only effective once
    full payment has been received. No registration forms will be
    accepted without accompanying payment.
  • It is compulsory for all speakers to also register.

DIETARY REQUIRMENTS

We will at all times endeavour to meet your dietary requirements, and with the venue's assistance ensure that we fulfill your requests. Please note the provision made for halaal delegates below.

Halaal Meals:
We will be catering for halaal delegates, but only for those who indicate on the registration form that they pefer halaal food.

PARKING

Please ensure that you mention at the gate that you are attending the SA Medical Association conference in order to gain entrance and park free of charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. A 50% deduction of the registration fee/social function fee will be deducted for cancellations before 01 August.  No refunds after 01 August 2011.

Please note: The welcoming cocktail party is included in the conference cost, but the function will be ticketed. If you do not tick the box alongside the function on the registration form, it will be presumed that you will not attend and no ticket will be issued to you.
If you do not have a ticket, you will NOT be allowed to attend the function.

  • * The trade delegate fee is applicable to those companies who are exhibiting / sponsoring.  If you are not exhibiting / sponsoring and would like to attend the lectures, you pay the non-member fee of R2100.00 excl. VAT.
