SAMA Conference 2010 - 14 CEU's


 

The choice of venue for the SAMA Conference and Exhibition 2010 was an easy one - Emperors Palace offers a variety of entertainment, hotels, conference and exhibition venues, and its proximity to the airport with a regular shuttle is a huge bonus.

The conference programme promises a selection of top speakers delivering presentations ranging from an update on the status quo of the planned National Health Insurance (NHI), to a clinical section focussing on areas such as:

  • South Africa and HIV;
  • Clinical issues in Menopausal Health;
  • Children's Health - clinical, preventive and therapeutic focus areas;
  • Men's Health;
  • Imaging Health and Disease; and
  • Pathology - an update for non-pathologists.

The conference has been approved for 14 CEU's - 12 clinical and 2 ethics.

Along-side the conference will be an industry-related exhibition with space for 34 exhibitors. The exhibition hall will be right next door to the conference venue, ensuring ease of access for all delegates.

On the Friday evening there will be a photograhy exhibition, displaying the work of the winners of the SAMA/MPS Photograpy competition, followed by a cocktail party and show with comedian Joey Rasdien.
